# What You'll Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating & Decoration

03 - 14 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
04 - Pink candy melts or pink food coloring (for ears and nose)
05 - Mini marshmallows (for tails and ears)
06 - Edible black food marker or black decorating gel (for eyes)
07 - Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional, for decoration)

# Directions:

01 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
02 - Add softened cream cheese and blend until fully combined and a dough forms.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Gently shape each into a slightly oval bunny head.
04 - Cut mini marshmallows in half for tails and into slivers for ears. Set aside.
05 - Place balls on parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
07 - Dip each Oreo ball in melted chocolate, coating completely. Let excess drip off and return to parchment-lined sheet.
08 - While coating is still wet, attach two mini marshmallow slivers for ears and one half-marshmallow for the tail.
09 - Let the chocolate set for 5 to 10 minutes.
10 - Using a toothpick dipped in pink candy melts or food coloring, add a nose and fill the insides of the ears.
11 - Draw eyes with an edible food marker or black decorating gel.
12 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

02 -
  • If the chocolate starts to thicken while dipping work quickly or add a teaspoon of coconut oil to thin it back out
  • Room temperature bunnies will get soft and lose their shape so keep them chilled until ready to serve
03 -
  • Use a skewer or dipping fork to keep your fingers out of the chocolate and make coating easier
  • If the bunny heads start softening too much pop them back in the freezer for 10 minutes before continuing
