06 - Gently fold diced strawberries and strawberry jam into dough until evenly distributed.
07 - Sop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
08 - Bake 11-13 minutes until edges begin to turn golden brown.
09 - Immediately press one chocolate kiss into center of each warm cookie.
10 - Let cookies rest on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
