03 - Taste the mixture and add more sugar if desired, then blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Divide the milkshake evenly between two tall glasses.
05 - Top each glass with whipped cream, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, and sliced strawberries. Serve immediately with a straw.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes exactly like someone liquefied an entire cheesecake and handed you a straw
  • The cream cheese gives it a velvety body that regular milkshakes just cannot replicate
02 -
  • Blending frozen strawberries instead of fresh will make the shake noticeably thicker but also slightly less bright in flavor
  • Letting the cream cheese sit out for even ten minutes makes an enormous difference in how smoothly it incorporates
03 -
  • Scrape the blender sides twice not once because cream cheese is sneaky and will leave a thin unmixed layer
  • A tiny pinch of salt wakes up every flavor in the glass without making it taste salty
