# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It feels like a breakfast treat but keeps you full for hours—a little secret I appreciate on busy days.
  • You can swap in whatever fruits or yogurt you have, which makes it endlessly versatile and never boring.
02 -
  • I learned the hard way that skipping the quinoa rinsing step leads to a lingering bitterness that no amount of fruit can mask.
  • Letting the quinoa cool just slightly before topping prevents yogurt from melting into a soupy mess—a simple game changer.
03 -
  • Toasting the nuts beforehand adds an incredible aroma and crunch—don't skip if you have a moment.
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt sprinkled over the finished bowl really wakes up the flavors.
