# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Takes you back to Saturday morning cartoons but elevated enough for adult parties
  • Uses just one pot and melts in exactly five minutes
  • That perfect texture contrast between smooth fudge and crunchy marshmallows
02 -
  • Low heat is nonnegotiable, white chocolate seizes and turns grainy if it gets too hot
  • The fudge needs at least 2 hours to set, but overnight in the fridge makes cutting even easier
  • Room temperature marshmallows fold in better than cold ones straight from the pantry
03 -
  • Separate marshmallows from cereal the night before so you are not rushing through recipe prep
  • Use a silicone spatula to get every last bit of fudge out of the pan
  • If your fudge feels too soft, give it another hour in the fridge before cutting
