12 - 1 tsp smoked paprika

14 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Spread sliced kielbasa, broccoli, bell peppers, red onion, carrots, and cherry tomatoes evenly across the prepared pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
04 - Pour the glaze evenly over the sausage and vegetables. Toss gently to ensure everything is well coated.
05 - Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until vegetables are tender and caramelized and kielbasa is heated through with slight crisping.
06 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges if desired.
