# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The air fryer creates restaurant style crunch without deep frying mess or oil
  • Ready in 25 minutes start to finish faster than delivery arrives
  • Customizable fillings mean everyone gets exactly what they crave
02 -
  • Crowding the air fryer basket makes twists steam instead of crisp, better to do two batches
  • Let the dough rest at room temperature while you prep the filling, it resists stretching when cold
  • The garlic butter burns easily so brush it on after the flips not before the first air fry
03 -
  • Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan on top after the garlic butter for a cheesy crust
  • Use kitchen scissors to cut the dough strips if you do not have a pizza cutter
