- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Verify strawberries are completely dry to ensure proper chocolate adhesion.
- Place chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Melt using a double boiler over simmering water or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring frequently until completely smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip three-quarters into melted dark chocolate. Gently shake to remove excess coating and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Transfer baking sheet to refrigerator. Chill for 10–15 minutes until dark chocolate coating is completely firm.
- Melt white chocolate using the same double boiler or microwave method. Stir until smooth and transfer to piping bag or small spoon.
- Pipe or drizzle melted white chocolate over chilled strawberries in decorative patterns. Work quickly before chocolate begins to set.
- Return strawberries to refrigerator for 10 minutes until drizzle is firm. Serve chilled or allow to reach room temperature before serving.
