# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The white beans create this incredibly creamy base while secretly adding protein, so you dont feel guilty about going back for thirds
  • It comes together in literally ten minutes of prep time, then the oven does all the work while you hang out with your people
02 -
  • The dip will look jiggly when you first pull it from the oven but it firms up quickly as it cools for those crucial first few minutes
  • Leave at least an inch of space at the top of your baking dish because this puffs up surprisingly while baking and nobody wants oven overflow
03 -
  • If your dip seems too thick after mixing, splash in just a teaspoon or two of milk because the consistency should be spreadable not stiff
  • Use a shallow baking dish instead of a deep one so more surface area gets that beautiful golden crust
