# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of warm melted cheese, cool creamy avocado, and smoky crispy bacon creates layers of flavor that make every bite interesting
  • These burgers come together in just 30 minutes but taste like something from a restaurant, making them perfect for weeknight dinners that feel special
02 -
  • Do not press down on the burgers with your spatula while they cook because all those delicious juices will end up in the pan instead of inside your burger
  • Letting the patties rest for just a couple of minutes after cooking helps redistribute the juices so they do not all run out the moment you take a bite
03 -
  • Let your ground beef sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before forming the patties because cold beef does not cook evenly
  • If your avocados are not quite ripe enough, you can quick-ripen them by placing them in a brown paper bag with a banana for a day
